One among the crowd raised his/her hand and asked whether the membership offered is full or only prime lite/video specific. It was told membership is full time to that person.

But it didn't stop there. Others followed the suite And then, a flood of similar questions and suspections everytime, but I am yet to find any person or any rupay select dc variant where the full membership wasn't offered

Have just asked them for rupay select, they informed me that 800 rupees would be debited as issuance charges and asked me to fill the debit card issue form. Later in the day, in debit card section of boi mobile app, was able to see the new debit card . BOI staff told me that card would be delivered in a week.

In 500 mab account they also issue rupay select debit card. Mab could differ because of rural or semi urban or urban branch. U can visit the nearest branch and ask them directly for rupay select 800 rs amc card. My overall experience with boi is very good regarding rupay select debit card, will update further.

You can ask Rupay to provide Thyrocare since your area is not serviceable. They should be able to help.
