Actually you can stack. Many on this forum including me have done this. Just make sure your prime voucher balance after buying membership is zero then you will be able to add another 1499 prime voucher for next year without any issue.

You have to wait for current plan expiry. Then use it. I have done it many times. Never encountered any error.

Buy prime membership from voucher and keep one day buffer. Then add prime voucher again next day. Redeem it next year after expiry of current membership without any issue.
