I redeemed one coupon at 9.30 pm yesterday which was redeemed successfully but when I tried to redeem another coupon at around 10.00 pm same error was shown. Might be some issue on Rupay website and will be resolved shortly.

I had redeemed Prime Video voucher offer once in June 2024. Haven't ever claimed anything else (spa, health checkup, entertainment or golf).

Today while trying to claim Prime Video for 2025, to my amazement, only the golf program was still available under the 'Explore Benefits' tab (the other four were disabled)! Whatever is going on?! Is it a case of devaluation?! Anybody else faced this issue yet? Thanks.

Yes. But never faced any issue previously. I emailed to rupay support and they issued the voucher from their end. Now I've redeemed all uber vouchers for this quarter without any issue.

Validity can be anything beyond 30 days as well but if anything is wrong with the voucher code you received then you can't get support beyond 30 days.. beyond 30 days, if vouchers works then its fine otherwise move on..
