@fradela Do not tweet unnecessarily. It's better to email bank, cc to rupay, if doubt remains. I think there is terms that banks can modify the benefits or conditions. Check below thread.

Recently, on 25-Feb-2025, NCPI (Rupay) released the following document (see attachment). The document explicitly gives information about the benefits of RSDC, the reference cost of features offered by this card, and the calculation methodology to ascertain the probable actual cost to the participating banks for these vouchers offered. Let’s debate and discuss to understand the future of these cards from a customer’s point of view. It is almost clear that a major portion of the cost will be borne by the participating bank. Hence, what is your view on the following?

SRL Booking Experience:

After redeeming offer, Rupay sent mail asking for details for SRL booking and one field was Preferred Wellness Center. I gave the name of the nearest SRL center from where they always come for sample collection. Rupay replied asking for complete address. On providing complete address of the SRL branch, I got the response saying PIN code not covered (LMAO). They asked for alternate address for sample collection and also mentioned I can switch to Thyrocare voucher as the PIN code is covered by Thyrocare. Now I understood they are asking for my home address for sample collection so I provided the same and booking was done within 10-15 min and luckily the person assigned is also our most preferred one.

I don't understand if it is supposed to be home collection why do they ask for center details? The Rupay offer redemption page also stated center visit for SRL and home collection for Thyrocare.

For SRL you have to visit the centre for giving sample but for thyrocare they provide the facility of home collection. Moreover, i think this coupon code which is provided by rupay is not applicable for all centres. That's why they didn't accept the pincode given by you
