Found the option, just wanted to know if I will be charged joining fees for this 2nd Debit card application

I received my Aspire account’s RuPay Millennia Debit Card today. I went to a Canara Bank ATM, set the green PIN, and enabled e-commerce transactions. Just now, I tried applying for the physical RuPay Select Debit Card through the app, but it showed a message saying that only one card can be applied for in a month.

They won't charge u for issuing 2nd debit card but there will annual maintainance fee of 1000rs

I don't think this is an official list. It was recently shared by someone on X (twitter). For Karnataka Bank nothing is mentioned whether the benefits are offered quarterly or yearly.

For me too, vouchers didn't refresh for Karnataka Bank.

But still As per NPCI’s official communication, Karnataka Bank RuPay Select Debit Card (RSDC) should provide complimentary gym and spa benefits every quarter
