Guys I got Canara rsdc card on September 25, I redeemed gym and cab for the September quarter

Now offer refreshed for this quarter. I redeemed gym but for cab promo code not applying says not applicable for this card number . Anyone else faced this issue? Whom to contact RuPay team?
