I redeemed OTT benefit for Amazon Prime and when trying to add the voucher I get "Coupon has already been claimed", any Idea what's going on??

Can happen sometimes..
Better to forgive them if you get unused coupons after connecting with the customer care 😂😂

Just to update, it was regenerated, they checked on their end the voucher which was shared to me was deactivated. It's good that they have a bit better systems dealing with coupons
