Yes, it is true, I have PNB rupay select CC from 2022. Was able to redeem only once, benefits were not available again in 2023. So that looks like true atleast for rupay select CC's. My PNB CC is anyways effectively LTF, so didn't care.
You're right in feeling so for CC. But I'm referring to DCs.
