RuPay Tata Neu credit card is not supported on tajhotels or gingerhotels website

Tried booking on gingerhotels.com, tajhotels.com and vivantahotels.com. None of them support Rupay credit cards I think.

tajhotels.com and vivantahotels.com support TATA Neu RuPay Credit Cards, only gingerhotels.com is not supported but you will pay via Wallets option. -

When i tried "pay at hotel"

Then tried "pay online". For me, the side menu was not showing.


When i tried "Add new card"


Since it worked for you, i tried in a different browser. I got the option to pay via Tata Pay App(not the other options) (probably because this was tata neu festive offer)


This worked and I was able to pay via Neu Rupay cc

Gajab website hai, kisi ka kuch option dekha raha and kisi ka kuch aur.

Anyways "Pay at hotel" option will not work because i think this is recurring type payment system. RuPay Cards currently not support recurring payment.
RuPay officially launch "RuPay AutoPay" but very few merchants, banks and payment gateway companies currently supported.

So, use "Pay Online" option. Also use same mobile number and email id registered on Tata Neu app.
