Any Legal way to transfer credit card money from Rupay credit card to Bank account for free?

I think you’re late to the party. almost every method was discovered, abused to its core & got it busted(few were caught by the entities itself & rest was whistleblown by “someone” over twitter constantly over the years)

For free? = NO 😵‍💫
There are few ways for example rent payment or education fee payment to accounts (family) and then transfer that amount to your account.
However it does have processing fee and also must be shown in ITR submission by both the parties
