How's it possible, can we request banks to do that?I have made all my statements on same date for all cards - so no need to remember due dates for each card.
I also clear all CC payments at once
Just did that, every card has different due dateRecurring Phone reminders
Does it fetch directly from the bill mails?Google calendar alerts
yes, we do that ,How's it possible, can we request banks to do that?
Okay, i will do that exercise.yes, we do that ,
u need to call customer care and ask to change it and
few banks have option to change in their app itself - u can select ur convenient date.
Most likely yes, if I was you I would be more worried about interest (on all purchases) and cibil hit.Okay, i will do that exercise.
My sbi cashback due date was 23rd April and I settled on 27th i.e
Will they charge late fee?
I Don't see late payment fee yet in under settlements and on 4th grace day my bill got settled. And 3rd and 4th grace day was bank holiday. Also my bill was less than 2k. Do you think they will still charge late payment fee and report to cibilMost likely yes, if I was you I would be more worried about interest (on all purchases) and cibil hit.
Thread 'Bill Generation Date Options given for Credit Cards' https://www.technofino.in/community...on-date-options-given-for-credit-cards.28274/How's it possible, can we request banks to do that?
No...It just send reminder through email and app notification to pay the bill....It is foolishness to allow 3rd party apps like Cred, expense trackers etc to fetch your credit card detailsDoes it fetch directly from the bill mails?
You mean billing dates?I would suggest moving all credit card bills to two days in a month (like 1st and 15th ), so that you can enjoy the full ~ 40 days interest fee credit (helps in times of cash crunch like when purchasing a home).
