Applied Nammametro (bmrcl) NCMC card (platform RuPay) Banking partner RBL Bank, and managed by AGS Card Management. Got error as customer already exists.
Contacted all (bmrcl, rbl bank, RuPay and ags card management). After month long mail communications, received mail from RBL. The reason, same mobile number used in Zomato wallet (inturn managed by RBL). Asked me to give different mobile number.
Updated diffrent mobile number in Zomato Wallet.
But still the error continues.
My question, why same mobile number cannot be used?
