Sapphiro Lounge Access Denial despite 75k+ spent

ICICI Banks new idea to deny Lounge if sapphiro card holder spends 75k+ / quarter for lounge.
Now they are claiming one need to spend on single mastercard,/, amex variant. (Combined spend won't count).
So they
still denying lounge access,citing excuse that whole 75k+ needs to spent on a single card (not on Mastercard -Amex combo)

You are right, first agent told that since I used lounge in October so can't use now.. I gave him good lecture...then he put phone on hold and then after 2 days got another call and got this gyaan from a lady executive

Me too. A lot of free lounge card with no spend criteria. No air travel.

Instead of this benefit, bank would come with any other benefit.
