Sapphiro VISA or MC & Amex: Which one to choose

Hey folks,
Just thought to check what ICICI would offer me in terms of credit cards and I started here: https://www.icicibank.com/personal-banking/cards/credit-card and then GET CREDIT CARD.

All I entered was mobile number, PAN, DOB, selected "Salaried" as the option, and AADHAAR number. No relationship with ICICI ever.
I was offered Sapphiro with following variants. Joining and annual fee is nil i.e. LTF card.
Inclining to proceed as it is LTF.
I'm not sure which one I should select? Is there any additional benefit in choosing the dual variant?
List of lounges for Amex is shorter, however I have other cards with unlimited lounge access.

Both offer the same benefits, but the Amex (Dual card) variant includes an additional perk of a ₹1000 Tata Cliq voucher for the first transaction made anywhere. 🎉💳

They said after 30days of first transaction, I have done just few days back .

Yes only for Amex card (Dual varient) , the transaction should be done in Amex card
