Saved credit card no longer visible/accepted when trying to use Amazon Pay on other websites

I generally select Amazon Pay Wallet option when transacting on multitude of websites (blinkit, bigbasket etc.,) which automatically points to my Axis credit card saved over there. I've been doing it for years but since couple of days it no longer shows my credit card when trying to pay via amazon pay and only showcases the option to pay via debit card! I've no issues with using the saved credit card on amazon platform directly though.

Am I missing something or is this some new rule or so?!

PS: Attached screenshot shows that it neither shows my saved card OR provides an option to enter credit card info; just debit card.
