I applied for an add on card. I received a card with the primary cardholder's name and a different number. Upon checking the app, the first card number (which I've been using till then) was gone and now I see 2 new card numbers. One, the primary card, with the number from the card I just got from a courier and an add on card, for which only the last 4 digits are visible and no option to find the rest of the digits and no information of the physical card. Is this normal? And no word of the voucher as well. Has anyone applied for an add on card and got a new primary card as well?

I got addon recently. I think they take 30-60 days to send the voucher.
What use are these vouchers anyway?

This is normal for SBI cards. When you apply for add-on's they send a new primary card.

Two weeks ago I requested two add-on cards for sbi CB and I got only the addon cards (with different numbers and not same as primary). No new primary card.

Let's face it.
Some dumbtwats in SBI Card don't know the difference between primary and addon card and there is no way for us to make them understand.

That's your first 2 add-ons ever for CB card? For my both Simplyclick and Simplysave for applying addons, they sent a new primary card along with addons.

It will be approved in 1-2 working days. Both you and add-on holder will be notified through SMS.

May be a day or two to approve and it's shipped to your address only. May take a week via courier.
