SBI APPLICATION REJECTED

Hey
I applied for IRCTCI SBI RUPAY CREDIT CARD like four months back and it got rejected
What might be the reasons ?
I hold credit card with axis,hdfc and RBL with 1 lakh above limit and cibil score is 770

I am unable to reapply it again
How do I get sbi card ?

Then try again, after you cross 775. Also, someone in this forum reported that after cashback irctc card has higher decline rate. So if you need sbi card try simplyclick or save, else wait for 6 month+775 cibil and try later.
Just apply for it before crossing 10+ card

Mail SBI Cards customer care asking for the rejection reason and keep escalating till they tell it.

Do not apply for any other cards till you get to know the reason. If the reason is something minor, you can apply for the card again right away after taking care of it.

Another option would be to request them to re-initiate the same application (will save you a CIBIL hit).

My application for Cashback Card got rejected instantly right after applying.
So e-mailed to Nodal regarding this, today customer service called & told me that they're reconsidering my application, will update about it.

i am also in the same boat ! did they reply? Whats up with SBI and their rejections... they seem to be really picky... i have cibil of 768 and multiple credit cards

No proper reply from them
As far as I know they are not issuing card to self employed
I tried with agent and he kept as salaried voila I got my card.

Exactly 1 month after my sbi rejection

They asked income proof, I gave my Bank statement which got denied.
