SBI Aurum | C2C basis

Hi guys, my first post here, and really glad to be here big ups to TF for this community. I just wanted to ask how I get the SBI Aurum card (I know it's practically worthless compared to the other ones I have, but I think it's okay at least for the first year). To be honest I really want the card only for the insane packaging haha (I would probably keep it only for the first year since the RP conversion would effectively bring down the fees to Rs.1800/-). But since it's invite-only (or like 40L ITR), I wanted to know if there's any way for me to get it on a card-to-card basis. Any help would be appreciated.

Card with the highest Limit: 5.1L (ICICI Amazon Pay)
Age of card: 2+ Years

I filled in the form on aurum's website and the RM called me today, I asked her specifically for C2C basis and she asked for card particulars and sent me a mail, have attached the necessary documents and reverted back to her. Will keep this thread posted.

So , are you applying c2c using Amazon pay card ? And sbi is ok with it ?

yeah, they said anything above 4L is good with the card being at least more than 2 years of age.

yeah they didn't have any problem with it, they prefer the card being any other than SBI.

fyi, only latest cc statement was required. no bank statement or salary slip. Probably because fiscal year is ending and they are trying to complete target.
Would suggest everyone to apply for the cards they need during feb/ march to get best possible results.

Only for 1st year - i will be raising a request to close it this year in April - its good for nothing unless SBI wants to retain me for another year 🙂

Yeah I think they dont even give unlimted domestic lounge access with aurum

you'd get 40k RP (~10k INR) which cancels the fees for the first year. I really just want it for the unboxing experience lol.
Best card IMO worth 10k is always Axis Magnus.

Just an update, the RM reached out to me (working late hours for the target goal I'd assume lol) The application is got processed today itself. Not sure if it has been approved yet. Will keep the thread posted at progressions.

Missed yesterday's update: The card is approved and KYC is done, card should reach in about 7 days😋. The overall process got completed in less than 24 hours.

I have Magnus, so can let it pass. But not bad for those who can have maximum value for welcome reward points.
