SBI BPCL OCTANE through sprint.

Today I tried to apply SBI BPCL OCTANE through sprint. It asked to enter personal and profession details. After submitting the details. Final step it is showing to verify the kyc details. Got a window to choose current residential address or address changed option. Selected current residential address and summitted. It is showing error "unable to process and retry again". Tried again showing the same error. what should i do?

Thats expected. You will get callback from local sbi executive for kyc. They will either send vkyc link or do physical kyc.

Then local verification call of personal details
Then delhi verification call within 4-5 days
Then card approval deniel in next 11 days

Thank you. Today received call from one agent. He introduced as IndusInd bank agent. He said signature legend LTF offer C2C. Is this a good card?
