SBI card application Process

SBI card application process looks different for me and my wife.

Some months back me and my wife applied for cashback cards. Mone was a big process, they came and took biometrics and it took almost 15 days to get the card
But for my wife it was quick, they just took a pic and instantly she got the card.

Similarly I applied silmpy click card, after the long process it got rejected for no reason

And I applied the same card yesterday for my wife. They sent her a link for esign and later they came for a pic and the card was given instantly.

What is the difference? We both don't have any relationship with savings account. Infact i have a tata sbi card from so long. We both applied using the same process.

Any idea why the difference is?

Just mention that you are female in gender section, then they won't harass you.

Note: update aadhar pic, while doing vkyc/taking physical verification dress like ...*

It not just sbi things, evn hdfc, kotak follows same. Everywhere feminists but that's not true in reality 😅.
