I got a sbi credit card on Oct 31th.
My previous statement which is generated on 3rd March and my due date was on 23rd March I did a part payment on 15th Mar and remaining on 20th March but unfortunately the payment was not successfully credited in my card acc but the amt got debited i have called their customer care the asked me for all the proof of payment bank acc statement.
Now the funds were reversed and got in my account but this month statement i was charged for not paying total due even though I called customer care and enquired they told me to wait and when asking for reversal they are saying we cannot reverse for card which is not older than 6 months.. any solution for this this month due date is 23rd Apr....
