Sbi card charging fuel surcharge for non fuel transaction. How to proceed further

Dear TFcians

I have been recently levied fuel surcharge in my sbi simply save card transaction (thru upi scan and pay) for non fuel transaction (done at a bike show room for bike service. )
Wen asked in sbi card customer care they dint respond properly and wen escalated, nodal officer told that the transaction was made at MCC of 5541 so fuel surcharge ll be levied. So whom can I contact further for resolution. TIA.
Transaction details:
2 transactions
Done for 800 and charged 809.44 (though this INR 8 have been refunded as fuel surcharge waiver)
Done for 3803 but charged 3847.88(not refunded as it is not eligible for waiver).

So essentially this is an issue of confusing MCC code at the merchant outlet. But this 5541 does include automative repairs or service station in it along with fuel station.
Kindly advice how to proceed further.

You can't do much, issue with merchant mcc.
Bank deducted fuel charge as per mcc.
And 5541 also use for fuel and other services.
So better to talk directly with merchant, if they can refund from their side. Or you can mail to sbi card higher level like pno, but I think they will not help much in this case.
But you can try.

Ask the bike service center to get their MCC corrected ASAP. Nothing can be done now.
