Actually I walked to the Gurgaon's SBI Card Office in DLF Infinity Tower since it was very close to my workplace. They did it without much hassle (Apart from usual nagging of SBI Card Employees).I'm looking to do the same too. Did you write an email or call the customer care ?

Have any of you experienced Credit limit reduction after transferring limit from one SBI card to another? I am also planning to do so but as I read a few users have experienced reduction in limit after transfer, I am a bit afraid.Well I transferred limit twice from my other SBI card to SBI Cashback card.
