10:42 AM · Jul 29, 2023 - Today, i just received my #BPCL #Rupay #Creditcard upgraded from Visa Varient . Now, it can be used on the @RuPay_npci power of @UPI_NPCI scan n pay. This is 2nd #SBI card.

Mission accomplished! Converted my Paytm SBI Card Visa card to rupay one.

They denied many times but eventually they accepted the request and sent to product manager for final approval after 1 week I was not able to login in the app but today when I tried it was start showing rupay card.

Paytm SBI Select variant or non-Select variant ?

Both card available on RuPay Platform.

Non select varient. They offered select but give the non select varient. No issues.

RuPay card India k hai. We need to support our Indian Card network.

Hai agar international use karna chahte ho toh alag baat hai. RuPay ko secondary card ki tarah use karna international me.

After dropping email to Nodal officer directly, received email after few days from bank asking reason for Conversion request & I just mentioned need to use card for UPI transactions. Bank then took 2-3 weeks to process the request & both the cards got converted to Rupay.

@Abhishek012 today I applied for IRCTC SBI PREMIER RUPAY variant through bank and today itself I got a call for verification and she told "Sir, you applied for IRCTC SBI rupay credit card" and suddenly changed her words to Visa. And then disconnect by saying hello hello .. didn't hear my single words. What to do will I receive Rupay or Visa if visa then how to convert it to Rupay ???

I said I applied through Branch but now the agent called me back and informed me that it is only available in Visa if it gets an option for Rupay will inform me.

No charges for conversion.

If your SimplyClick card was on VISA then BPCL will also be issued on VISA.

I recently mailed them to convert my Simply Click Visa to Rupay and got a response that we can't do that at the moment and offering me Simply Save in Rupay and also transferring all rewards points to my Simply Save Rupay so should I take it?? as i have around 40 k rewards points and can be used in credit statement. Any views??
