SBI card just for the offers?

I want an SBI card just for the bank exclusive offers in online shopping. No other perks are necessary.
So what would be a recommended card?

Preferably LTF. (If i am not wrong, SBI has no LTF cards.) If not LTF, a card which has the least amount criteria for fee waiver.

You can also recommend Cards whose annual benefits in exchange of annual fee can be used in day to day life.

I doubt they accept C2C but yes offline channel means via agent at Bank
