SBI CARD Wrong Reward Point Credited

In my sbi card, for one particular transaction that falls under 5x reward, has been given 3x points.
Is there anyway to complain about this ?

Raise the issue in SBI Card itself under mailbox section.

You can proceed via mailbox also, its same thing
