SBI Cashback Application got stuck

Hi All,
I am currently holding SBI BPCL credit card and applied for Cashback today but application got stuck in the middle. No application no generated. When I re trieved the application, its showing Application Submission Pending. Is it going to be processed? do I need to anything from my side? Any insights would really helpfull.

Stuck means ?? Wat happened. If u ask it with full details, it ll easier for the others to decipher wat could have happened.

I applied In sprint only. After I entered professional details, page exited and showed this message: "We request you to provide additional information to process your application."
When I retrieved the application in sprint, it showed executive will call me on my number.

After how many days they called you? Did you receive your card? what's the process involved?
