SBI Cashback Card incorrect cashback credited

Hello,
In my last statement of SBI Cashback Card it was mentioned that I have earned Rs. 2112 cashback. However in the following statement only 1801 rupees credited. I emailed customer care and even escalated to pno, still they are giving me generic response and not helping. Can anyone help me what to do in this situation?
 
I am in similar kind of scenario. In my case they have credited the amount which is mentioned in the statement but calculation itself off by 500rs for the transaction i did after crossing 5K but one my earlier transaction was reversed and they did not calculate the one i did at last. I am finding it hard to make them understand the maths and it going on from past 15+ days.

Were there any purchases made during a sale period in amzn/fk etc during this statement period?

Try emailing these emails with full explanation of your problem.

If no help, then lodge a complaint in INGRAM (national consumer forum not consumer court i.e. edaakhil)

You will mostly get your resolution or proper explanation from their end.

I had successfully reversed my joining fee in my cashback card and a debited cashback (regarding the wrong reward points issue) in my father's irctc card by these methods.

Try these. You will surely get a better resolution.

Thank you for your reply. Can't I complain to RBI regarding this?
 
SBI deducts the cashback/rewards for retrospective txns done at some Sale with SBI Instant discount benefit/Utility or Government spends of past.
Or any other quasicash transactions which bank assumes not eligible for cashback.

This can go way back till last 1 year of transactions 🙂

Don't try RBI Ombudsman. Those are useless and mostly side with bank. And they have quite few useless criterias before you actually can raise a complaint to them.

I had a very bad experience with RBI Ombudsman. They took 8 months to see my complaint and then again they took side of bank (Jio Payments Bank in my case).

INGRAM is the best for us.

Well can this happen with amazon gift voucher purchase? I am mostly purchasing amazon gift vouchers via SBI Cashback Card and getting 5% cashback.
