The first one may come under rental and second one under insurance. (both are excluded from CB).
as rightly said by Sahil, get the MCC code and then it would be easy to evaluate.

you can drop email to customer support of both merchants/vendors, usually the customer care teams are aware about MCC.

I have paid the amount few months back using AXIS bank and it showed as TRAVEL. Do not know SBI will consider this for 5% cashback.
