SBI Cashback Card & Phonepe Purple/Black for all merchant wise DATA collection

Whenever I am trying to do transaction on blinkit with my sbi cashback card ,card is getting blocked,is anyone else facing the similar issue?? On other sites/ app there is no issue, facing issue with blinkit since yesterday night
 
electricity payment via UPI gave 1% (merchant name: UPI-PhonePe)
Complaint to SBI nodal officer, they will fix the issue and also credited 10% cb

Note - normal sbi customer care dnt help you.

SBI nodal officer will call you and give you 99.99% guarantee that you will not get 10% cb but you need to force them and told them to investigate the matter with phonepe.

After few days you will get 10% cb and high chance they will also fix the issue.

Last time same thing happen with card otp transaction but everyone got 10% cb after complaint to sbi nodal officer and same merchant name now also credited automatically 10% cb.

Complaint via call/email? skip customer care level 1 complaint?
this is my relative card, i wont be able to receive the call from nodal officer, can i call from myside to raise complaint? any other online mode to resolve this?

But you will also receive a call.

Remember, they will put on all kinds of drama on the call for 5 to 10 mins, don’t backtrack from your statement.

Explain clearly that you linked your card to UPI in the PhonePe app and made the insurance payment directly through the PhonePe app and therefore you should receive the 10% cashback.

Tell them to investigate it themselves with the PhonePe team. After that, they will give you 10% cashback after a few days.
