Since from last few days hitch stop while making payment, does anyone has an option to do a transaction to earn 5%

Yes, its working fine. Maybe issue with the merchant/app that you're trying to do transaction. Check with customer support to know the actual reason or try other places to see whether its merchant/app issue.
