Till Jan 2023, transactions were declined. Never tried after that. Now if the transactions go through, it should logically give 5%. Jiomart gives 5%.

Their employees are worst. I'm sure they've rejected from their side bcoz of not getting what they want.

employee behaviour is good . You provide right information and they want documentation . My card processing is so easy

Last year got a call from SBI Agent (from some agency located in Vadodara Gujarat).



After discussing it and being assured that my card application wouldn't be rejected, I applied based on my HDFC Savings Max bank account statement, which was subsequently rejected. I called him and informed him about the rejection. He then said that if I owned a four-wheeler in my name, the card would be approved. I own a Honda City top model. I shared my RC, insurance, and PUC documents. My CIBIL score was checked again, and the SimpliSave card was approved with a limit of 3.34 lakhs. Throughout this entire process, the agent was very supportive and explained everything clearly, including that I would receive a KYC call from the bank's Gurgaon card branch and details about the Anumati Account aggregator platform, etc.

I still have that agency's number.
