Any qualifying transaction does not include spends on Fuel, Utility, Rent, Education (as per theMerchant category codes (MCCs)), ATM Cash Withdrawal, Balance Transfer & Encash products ofSBICPSL. MCCs are defined by respective card networks.

😭😭Sometime even this doesn't help. Many people are getting hdfc spend based offer, but I'm not getting it.
