But I was reached out for the 3rd time by different executives. Today one said my name mismatch was the reason for rejection. I tried creating another application with a different mobile number. Even the executives got surprised knowing that their system has made PAN number as unique value and didn't allow my application to proceed after page 3 in Sprint. It was a group call. I spoke with 3 executives and they were assisted by few mores 😂 in the same call.
Finally, asking me to get a basic card and apply for upgrade after 3 months. Don't know whether upgrade to Cashback will work or not.
