Came across this twitter post where he's mentioned 5% for offline spends and bill payments - what would be these tricks?

Ideal time is to wait for atleast 1 year. (1.5 to 2 years s good. ). They do give importance to age of the card as opposed to spending. But nothing wrong in trying nw..

No, atleast after 1 renewal or 2 renewals they need to see a long term pattern

It all depends on sbi only bro...no one can predict whether u will get ltf... They may be having some internal criterias for converting to ltf so no one can confirm it

6L+ spend Kiya hai nov se lekin sbi LTF me convert nhi kr rha 😢 . Next year try krunga ab firse

I saw dealer's statement & they were charged properly 2.5% MDR 💀.

Actually I paid ~1L with card. I negotiated with dealer, for no MDR charges will be borne by me. For rest amount they were asking MDR which we didn't pay with card.
