SBI CC Application Confusion?

I recently saw cc apply banner in SBI net banking. I applied and did all verification/confirmation calls and vkyc. Today I received message in WhatsApp with tentative limit. But when I am checking in net banking it shows we are unable to process your application. In CC application status it shows incorrect application number. Is any hope there?
