[Resolved] HDFC CC Application Confusion

I was offered HDFC DCP LTF by my RM as my first HDFC card, I went ahead and submitted the application. Today a mail came saying
" While processing your application for reference number ******** we observe that you already hold a HDFC credit card. We are therefore placing your above mentioned application on hold and request you to consider the option of limit enhancement on your existing HDFC Bank credit card."

I DO NOT HAVE ANY HDFC CARDS !!!

I don't know whether to laugh or Cry 😂😂😂

PLEASE suggest what to do next?

My card is disabled because it hasn’t entered into the active mode due it is still has to generate its first emi

HDFC DC EMI is shown as Credit card account in HDFC books.. Flag this fact to HDFC

Update : Sent the Mail. No reply came but the card has been delivered in 7 days. Confirmed its LTF 😂😂 Very unpredictable Bank

I recently registered for a CIBIL report after my AMEX CC application was rejected. On phone with AMEX customer service I was asked about any CC held and they said it did not show in the report pulled from CIBIL. I have had a regalia CC for upwards of 10 years now. It doesn't figure in the CIBIL report. Is there any way I can rectify that? the CIBIL Raise a Dispute is very buggy and specific - doesn't let you query missing accounts. Will speaking to HDFC CC helpline or my RM help?

Talk to HDFC CC and ask for email address of credit bureaus team and send CIBIL credit report.. they will sort out
