SBI CC Forex spend offer message

Hey guys,
I just got this message:

Congratulations! You're eligible for Myntra Voucher worth Rs. 2,000 on making Online spends in foreign currency using your SBI Credit Card XXxxxx during the offer period 07 Dec'23 - 04 Feb'24. Visit sbicard.com/b ( actual link shortened ) select & claim your voucher before 03 Jun'24.TnC

Unfortunately clicking the link takes me to a page where I get a prompt saying offer not valid on your account.

I don't think I achieved any milestone so I'm wondering if it's a mistake on SBI's end. But all the details mentioned in the message are for my account.

Anyone else got something similar?

The card mentioned is SBI cashback.

the rates I got were pretty close to what google showed. Markup is 3.5%+GST

Was this Visa conversion rate or SBI's custom rate?
And how did you verify the exact conversion rate - does it show on the payment page?
