I got a new SBI Vistara Prime card and it got approved. I started using the virtual card hoping the physical one will come soon. It never did. I have written to PNO but they don't even understand the issue - they're saying only the user can apply for reissue or replacement through OTP. I have mailed them back that I'm not asking for a reissue and that I haven't even gotten their physical card yet.
The customer service people are not even able to see the dispatch details. Inspite of this I've been charged the annual fee.
What do I do?
