SBI charged annual fee but hasn't delivered physical card

I got a new SBI Vistara Prime card and it got approved. I started using the virtual card hoping the physical one will come soon. It never did. I have written to PNO but they don't even understand the issue - they're saying only the user can apply for reissue or replacement through OTP. I have mailed them back that I'm not asking for a reissue and that I haven't even gotten their physical card yet.

The customer service people are not even able to see the dispatch details. Inspite of this I've been charged the annual fee.

What do I do?

From how long are you using this card? In which month was fee charged? Are you sure it's annual fee and not joining fee?
 
Same here. Applied for Vistara prime end of July. Approved mid august. No physical card delivered nor any tracking number. Joining fees charged and first statement generated but I don't have any card details.

How did you get the card number/expiry/CVV?

What do I do?
Suggest never use even digital card unless you receive physical card. Because if u use digital card these guys in sbi will think u received physical card and using it. Better close it . By chance any fraud happens they will never help will ask you to pay. Suggest close the card. You will have a headache later with sbi as they will report everything to cibil and it is very difficult to get the cibil data changed through sbi as they will toss you from one person to another person then visit branch and then they wi say u have to visit u r home branch by that time u would have spend considerable time and money. Keep all records of communication with a printout as safety as they will deny easily even rbi will not help much as these very same guys work with rbi in policy making too.
