Sbi credit card addon application now working in non metro cities.

Applied for sbi cashback card addon through banner in app and just got message from bluedart about it's dispatch with new number, though in the app it is not allowing addon email or number updation. It is blank.

Then you can't apply for the same. You are not eligible for the card in their record.
Are you holding Multiple crds from SBI Cards? If not then kindly,
Do drop a mail to them for clarification?

I do not hold multiple cards.

Have you received the add on card ?
yes by default its you mobile/email for all communications but later if you wish to change ,then you can modify for add on card holders .

I do not hold multiple cards.

Then better drop a mail to SBI Card customer care requesting the same.

If online option is not coming then you can also apply offline by sending the filled form to SBI Card Gurgaon address attaching necessary documents.

ICICI definitely do that. My brother applied for addon on my name and his mobile number and email show up in my cibil along with a new card account as “authorised user” and I already had three different ICICI cards on my cibil.

I went to a branch of sbi in nagpur and they had a dedicated floor for credit cards and kyc. I showed her sbi cashback card and explained the issues, she said she have never seen this card before, she was asking me if its actually sbi credit card, I said of course it is :/ she said maybe its cobranded because she never issued this card to anyone.
