SBI Credit Card Bill Paid via but Amount Still Showing as Due — Anyone Faced This?

Hey everyone,

I paid ₹50,000 towards my SBI Credit Card bill using SBI UniPay. I received the confirmation message on UniPay and also got an SMS on the mobile number linked to my SBI credit card saying the payment was received. So the payment has definitely gone through — the issue isn’t on UniPay’s side.

But when I check the SBI Card app/website, it still shows the same Total Amount Due: ₹52,637.62, and the outstanding amount hasn’t reduced at all.

It’s been some time now, but the due amount still hasn’t been updated.

Has anyone else faced this?

Any advice would be really helpful!

When did you make the payment?

I paid 50 k today and have 1 more sbi card paid 1500 on 3rd december but outstanding balance is same for both the cards as I received the message so the payment is successful that's for sure

How about utilized limit? That is usually updated immediately.

It's not yet time for the The bill paid today to be updated. But the bill paid on 3rd should have been updated by now. Maybe you can wait till tomorrow. If not updated, pay directly from bank account

SBI Card is instant in receiving PAYMENT and updates the outstanding due within few seconds for sure.
I am 99% sure that the payment is failed.
To be on the safer side try paying the MINIMUM due amount using your bank UPI

It's not yet time for the The bill paid today to be updated. But the bill paid on 3rd should have been updated by now. Maybe you can wait till tomorrow. If not updated, pay directly from bank account

check on sbicard app unbilled section if the payment credit is reflecting or not.

I have a some what similar case.
Paid my credit card bill from bill desk. Payment was credited as total utilised amount has reduced but still its showing due. Plus on Cred app it's not getting updated. The bill was due for today and on the sbi card login and Cred it's still showing not paid, but total utilised part is reduced. Usually if anything Cred usually updates it with the sms, but not this time.
