SBI Credit Card online application Issue

I am trying to apply for SBI Credit card through onlne. In the Personal information filling stage, the SPRINIT platform has the 12 characters limitation for the First Name Section. If anybody's First Name contain more than 12 letters then it won't accept it. My First Name has 14 letters. Does anybody faced this issue? Any suggestion on the solution?

I had a similar issue, my name has four words. Sprint application only supports three words.

In last name if you type two words with a space, application doesn't proceed further. I removed the space and on next screen got name mismatch with pan. It asked me to take photo of pan and later card is approved after two weeks.

In your case, there's no solution but try entering the name up to 12 characters and continue in middle name field. The final screen will show pan name mismatch like what happened with me or if there's some issue leave the application as it is and SBI card executive will call on mobile number, tell him to alter name as the character space is not sufficient.

Thanks for your help @SSQ . My issue resolved. I got new card from SBI. Based on your suggestion, I just filled my incomplete name in the SPRINT application form & mobile number. after 10 days i got call from SBI CARD agent. They applied from their end. They swapped my FIRST & LAST names. It was KYC done. got new card without any issue. One suggestion for others who want to apply this way, please don't enter your PAN. Just leave the application by filling your name & mobile number. Agent only call & do the rest of the process.
