Sbi credit card

I was holding sbi credit card with a limit of Rs 15000/ only I waited for 6 months and applied for limit increase but rejected by sbi cards. Again waited for 6 months applied again with a salary slip of 1.4 lakh but got again rejected. Due to frustration I closed my cc. Now after 4 months I m trying to apply sbi credit cards, after submitting my application I got call from sbi customer service saying we can't offer u credit card as your area is unserviceable. Called customer care but got same reply again and again.
Please suggest what to do to get sbi card.
