I had approached SBI for a Cashback 7 months back but they had only approved simplysave rupay credit card. I was using the card for 6 months and then applied for cashback card online and got it approved. Both cards are paid.

Is there any possibility/tricks to reverse my FYF for Cashback sbi card or make it ltf.?

Pro Tips-

Simple way to make Any basic to mid range SBI card LTF is to "Just raise a closure of card account request through Sbi card app .After few hours you will receive a call to ask a reason for cancellation ,there tell them Either make it Life time free or cancel the card.They will make your Card LTF.Done on my both sbi card and now both are LTF.Service request to make your card LTF is taken as PCT id is to be changed.You can check in service request tracking menu...

what was the process as u already have sbi cc was it instant or did they do all verification as they normally do?

process is to try mail and do escalation matrix and call Customer care and request.
if both didn't work then last method is by raising card closer request, don't worry rising request will not close card immediately.
they will call and ask for reason and try to give some solution.(they will close only if you give ur consent to close via otp.)
so you can tryout ur luck, many have succeeded in getting LTF including mine simply-click.

SBI has a milestone limit for spending (it is 1L in my case) to fully reverse the charged fee (999 plus taxes). It got reversed on its own - I did NOT emailed them nor called their CC team. So, it is almost LTF for me - as I usually spend over 2L to 2.5L on this card every year. I got about 3.3 % CashBack OVERALL so far by using this card during the last 2 years (almost).

I applied the second card online. Normal kyc verification was done online.

Same. They told me they won't issue cash back or Paytm cards. Except that everything can be issued. Then i applied for Sinply save and they rejected it giving some Kyc problem as excuse.
