My account is forever stuck with Silver type while I am eligible for Diamond / Platinum with SBI. I did not bother much until now but with those variants giving discounts on locker rentals, I am keen on upgrading it. Now the issue is branch staff are clueless about how to get this upgrade done. They are only aware of CSP variants, but my employer is not registered with SBI. Does anyone know how should I get it done? The official webpage suggests segmentation is assessed on an yearly basis but in my case it did not happen so far.
