SBI didnt send me 1000rs zomato gift card

i got an offer to complete 10 transactions of minimum 1000rs each by 11 august
and i completed those transactions.
but i didn't receive the gift card yet.
what can i do? the customer service is pathetic i don't wanna waste my time. that would be my last resort.
has anyone faced something similar? what did you do then?
do they solve queries via their customer care email?

Has anybody else received the voucher and you have not? Did you check TnC for gift voucher delivery timelines?

I have to complete Rs 20k transaction to avoid annual fee charges in my SBI card. Any ways to transfer it to bank account and also the transaction counts for fee waiver?

Redemption Link may be received on 9th Nov as you mentioned and I redeemed on Same Day.

Few days before I had observed that after activating Full DND, I didn't receive any spend based offers through SMS for my credit cards. After deactivating DND, I started receiving customized offers via SMS.

I got sms for my eligibility and I redeemed it, but still now haven't received the voucher. Raised complaint but no success till now.
