SBI didnt send me 1000rs zomato gift card

i got an offer to complete 10 transactions of minimum 1000rs each by 11 august
and i completed those transactions.
but i didn't receive the gift card yet.
what can i do? the customer service is pathetic i don't wanna waste my time. that would be my last resort.
has anyone faced something similar? what did you do then?
do they solve queries via their customer care email?

I raised a complaint on call, they closed the ticket next day without any reply or anything.

how did you receive the vouchers?
where do i have to use the redemption ID?

When You click on Redemption Link, It will ask you to login into your SBI Card Account.
As soon as You login using your credentials, a request for Redemption would be generated and the Redemption Request Number is sent to your Registered Mobile Number.

After few days you will receive the GV.

So the ID itself is basically useless, you will directly get the voucher after few days?

I do not remember exactly but after clicking the link it will ask to enter Voucher ID either before login or after Login.

I got sms for my eligibility and I redeemed it, but still now haven't received the voucher. Raised complaint but no success till now.

Update: received voucher today.
