Hello, I have 50k Elite reward points. I know the best case is to take cash (1RP= 0.25rs) in bill but has SBI develop any website where I can get better value.
Need to book hotel n flight in coming month

try with amazon pay gift cards, then use that in amazon to book flights, usually sbi card reward points are good for nothing

But after the new sbi card update all my spends showing 0. Next update 06/04/2026 is written

where are you looking at? Spend Analyzer? Maybe its some temporary glitch that show you zero spends.

Got a call from Sbi customer care executive telling that the Elite card anniversary is june of every year but if a card is upgraded or downgraded the points are set to the month on which it got upgraded or downgraded & in my case its april. Very weird policy.

Isn't it supposed to work that way? When a card is upgraded or downgraded, the original card gets closed and a new one is generated.

CIBIL will reflect the change, and SBICards data will also gets updated.

This also means your anniversary date gets refreshed to a new date on which you got a new card.

Thats what I told them. It seems something is not correct. What should I do?

Send an email to PNO and ask the same. If possible explain them in the simplest manner.
