SBI no limit enhancement/ transfer of limit

I had got SBI cash back card with only 10k limit, while I have another SBI card with 363k limit. I have asked the customer care to enhance or transfer the limit. Every time, they have denied that you are not eligible to enhancement nor transfer of limit is allowed between the card. Any option to enhance the limit on SBI cashback card?

Yes, if they agrees to do the limit transfer, they will ask the amount which you want to transfer.

I am holding bpcl card from 6months with 36k limit. I have read in threads that SBI will give LE for every 6months.
But i am not getting any LE/upgrade. I want to close this card due to poor limit . Can i raise closure request in sbi cards app and then demand for LE or Upgrade?

Then They should accept this limit trasfer request. i have done 1 week back with 1st try itself. i will suggest keep trying with other CC agents.

Keep trying with customer Care, Hopefully some agent will agree to do it.

Even one agent agreed to it, then she said that she is unable to do it on the system. Then she mentioned that as per policy this is not possible.

After reading this today I tried an hour agao my limit was transferred from Simply Click to Cash Back Credit Card.

I think policy depends only upon agent you get connected.

I have tried by calling and the agent tried and told that the system is denying. Then I got the following message:
Dear SBI Credit Cardholder, we wish to inform you that currently you are not eligible for Credit Limit bifurcation on your multi-card accounts.

Anyone also facing the same issue?

I was facing this issue 6-7 months ago. I think it's better to wait for another 6 month.

It’s SBI Cashback, they might actually close it rather than increasing the limit.

Mine also closed but they didn't increase limit even my itr is 15l above
